Lucy is very knowledgeable about muscle and bone structure. Thorough assessment carried out initially followed by other assessments before each session. Lucy was very clear in her explanations of what she proposed to do and why, and during treatments. Results have been outstanding. A consummate professional. I would highly recommend Lucy and her practice.

I’ve had massages at various points in my life but they pale in comparison with Lucy’s. She is knowledgeable and experienced yet constantly learning through reading and additional courses. From the start I was impressed by the thoroughness of her approach – the initial assessment, the quality of the massage with her explanation and the follow up exercises she suggested. I have been seeing her at regular intervals for over a year now and, as a result, feel far less tense both physically and mentally.

It was a great experience. Lucy listened to my descriptions of aches and pains, asked questions and gave me a postural assessment. From there she targeted the specific areas that needed tension relieving and gave me exercises to strengthen weaker muscles so that the problem would not persist. Because the massage was targeted to the trouble areas, I felt much better after and by doing the exercises she shows me for two weeks followed by another massage, I now feel much more like myself again. This was exactly what .I was looking for from all of the choices of massages around Bristol. TO help get me back to normal.

I had the best massage of my life. Lucy is very professional and amazing at what she does. The treatment started with a short consultation, she asked many questions and checked my body posture (I've never had this done before when going for a massage, at least not so thoroughly); the massage was a combination of strokes, stretches and I felt like new afterwards. She followed up the massage by explaining a bit about muscles and how they work, plus gave me some stretches I can do at home to help with my shoulder pain. I highly recommend Lucy.

I would highly recommend Lucy; she really takes the time to understand where your problem areas are and checks in throughout the session to make sure she is reaching the right areas. This is something I have never had in any other sports massages, and I always come away feeling really relaxed. She is super friendly and considerate and I wouldn't look elsewhere!
