Bay City Sauna – Geelong

Had a really wonderful time here met great guys and a few girls and cross dressers/transgenders. I felt totally free and willing to give a lot more than what I expected. Never have I experienced such rude, arrogant and unprofessional customer service. I am referring to the latino staff member who was working a shift on Friday at 4:00pm. This was my first time ever being here yet I was belittled, ostracised and made extremely uncomfortable by this staff member. His tone was rude and spoke to me as if though I was not welcomed here. He talked to me as if though I was a child who did not understand English and let out several sighs. I have never felt so humiliated coming here. I was talked to as if though I was a dog. I politely asked where the bathroom was and was given attitude, told to take my clothes off and was extremely impatient with me. Never will I attend this venue again and I seriously hope management disciplines and audit the performance of their staff because this has been an absolute shocking experience. Hopefully this is not a systemic issue where individuals of colour, ethnicity or orientation are discriminated against as I would really hate for individuals to be hesitant to try this venue and experience for the first time. Even worse, I wouldn't want to see alleged xenophobic allegations made against this business if it gets out of hand.

Amazing venue and friendly and helpful staff. They provide a brilliant environment for people to have fun. It really takes everyone following the rules and conducts to make sure everyone goes home with a good experience. Please read their website carefully and/or ask for a tour when you go for the first time.

Whilst I have gone over a few times as a White woman, have to sympathise with some folks that might be considered 'immigrants' or skin of a darker colour. I am of Irish decent and had a cordial and decent experience the same cannot be said of others. I agree with the previous review that some folks are dealt with differently based on their ethnicity. My conscience has to be clean and hence the review. Hope this is an eye opener to the owners to ensure a fair existence for All that visit this venue. Some women tend to misuse power they have at these places to the detriment of unsuspecting men. I have see this at my work place and at this venue. Do not let race and lies thrive. Be open minded to both sides of the story!

Went there last night ( couples night ) for the First Time with my partner and it was absolutely amazing. Being first timers the staff where truly amazing and we had such a great night! Everyone there were so nice and relaxed and could not have wished for a better experience! We will definitely come back.
