Always queued out the door, never more than one person on, takes an absolute age to get served. Quicker going to another post office further away than waiting here.

Poor, big queue then get to front and told I have to wait 5 to 10 mins more because staff member is prioritising a money delivery rather than prioritising customers!! Poor! Will avoid as always have bad and slow experience here.

Maybe the most dodgy post office in Glasgow. Seems to be manned by one woman who opens and closes whenever she wants rather than times advertised. Her friends are always round for a blether, bringing her irn bru and breakfast rolls whilst you wait in the queue. Very rough round the edges, this place is sparse and stained with time. Does the manager even check on it?

If your "busiest time is afternoons", why not hire a second member of staff for those periods, instead of a 25 minute wait to collect a parcel.

Absolutely appalling. I have a delivery to collect and have been trying for a week but they're never open, despite updating their opening hours on the web themselves. It's currently 11.40am and I've been round twice today, shutters down both times and no answer when I called. Given people are being encouraged to stay in as much as possible, forcing people to make multiple trips by falsely advertising opening hours is at best highly irresponsible. Plus the package I need to pick up is important and needed by tomorrow but I'm very concerned that I won't be able to collect it as they're never open. Never again with this place!
