Great store with friendly staff nothing was too much bother, James went through everything with us and answered all questions we had. Can't wait until it's all fitted!

BE WARNED!!!!!!! Purchased shower screen part from website , the part didn't fit so I needed to send back. Apparently the web site does not deal with returns?????? What the hell is that all about????? I phoned and was told to hand it into a showroom 26 miles from me. Ok. so I would have to spend work time & petrol to return a part that I had ordered online for convenience. Really???? I've not been anywhere near that neck of the woods so when I called them today they said too late, I only had 14 days in which to do it! They didn't tell me that when I called the first time. Great ploy......They make it so difficult to return things so that you don't return it. BE WARNED

We had multiple problems with this company from damaging floor boards and walls, leaving our house in an absolute mess to installing a faulty bath and designing our shower in such a way that we cannot actually fit in. All that for a premium plus 20% extra on day one due to additional work needed. When wanting to speak to a manager nothing happened after multiple requests. AVOID

Terrible service and full of empty promises. Took 5 invoices before the correct one was issued as wrong products were ordered and discounts applied incorrectly. So check your invoice closely. The store manager was very rude when he appeared on our doorstep unannounced. Definitely DO NOT use their installation services as they are a bunch of cowboys. Took 3 sets of installers and over 8 months and we still have a substandard bathroom which will never be right. Endured leaks, no CH, no hot water, damaged windows, badly fitted cupboards and splashpanels etc...... They work to their own timetable so turn up for a few hours then leave as they are unsupervised by Bathstore. To be fair, head office did try to get the issues resolved but their workman are not up to scratch so we have had to put it to a close. They advertise that their installers are all vetted and members of Which Trusted Trader but this is not true.

Good quality products but will they arrive? Probably not no. We chose a lovely couple of suites and placed our order, the staff were great and very helpful. We were very happy but then the problems started. There had been incorrect items added to the order which despite the store knowing this were still delivered. We then had to wait for them to be collected to get a refund and in the meantime had to pay additional money for the correct items I was pretty astounded that the staff did not sort this out as they were aware of it prior to the delivery being dispatched but as there was a £30 difference in the cost they did not. When a customer has spent thousands I cant see the point in not rectifying a problem in advance of it being delivered and providing a little bit of customer service... no chance! We are still waiting for the refund from the store's mix up over a month later. I you are thinking about buying I would say that if you see something elsewhere go for it as the hassle you will have to go through to to get your bathroom from the Bathstore is not worth it. Such a shame.. f

We were told we had to place an online order for the products we wanted (not true) which we did. On the awaited delivery date, we had a phone call from DHL to say they couldn’t now deliver that day & that the next possible delivery date would be at least another 2 weeks! We waited again but products arrived. Unfortunately 1 set of drawers were not what we thought, not adequate for what we need so went into the Morningside store again & spoke to John who was there on his own & he got things sorted for us - well..... we thought he did!!!!! John said to leave our unwanted set of drawers in the shop, that it would be uplifted and we would be refunded for this. So while in store, we ordered a different drawer unit and waited on delivery. However, nearly 3 weeks went by and we still hadn't been refunded so we went into the shop. Turns out the drawers hadn't been uplifted at all and no one knew anything about them. We also learned that John had left!!!!!! We did eventually receive a new set of drawers which are good. If you ever want anything from Bathstore, I’d recommend going into the store, seeing products and get advice.

Have a great experience with John Cromb in the showroom, he walked me through the design process and answered every question I put to him and he did so with great humour. Excellent service, John is a credit to the company.

Have a brilliant design with Daniel in the showroom, he walked me through the designs and helped with finding an install team any changes or questions were answered promptly will highly recommend.

Had my bathroom designed by Daniel he was very helpful through the whole process. looking forward to the final look.

Fantastic service by some of the best people, right from the start meeting John for my design appointment right through all the changes I added in and the speed and professionalism of the installation of my bathroom, thank you
