Poor, look on website x2 cars up for sale I am interested in, arrive at dealers, quite difficult to get anyone to speak with and when I ask about the vehicles advised both are sold - I don't understand why businesses can't be bothered to update their websites.

I choose to drive to VW Bath rather than my local garage in Bristol despite the shocking traffic between the two cities. This should speak volumes about the level of customer service compared to Bristol - whom I actively tell people to avoid visiting now. VW Bath impressed me so much with warranty service on my old car, that I bought a brand new VW Golf R from them. This was again a great experience and I was kept up to date during the ordering process. The reception and service team are excellent, keep up the good work!

More like a back street car dealer. When buying a NEW car very little help offered and salesmen make offers they have no intention of keeping such as "we'll give you a full tank of fuel" ... THEY DONT. Would never buy anything from here again. If you want a VW dealer I would suggest Heritage in Bristol as they are much more professional and salesmen that know what they're talking about with no false promises!

We went into looking to buy a tiguan and exchange our 17 plate polo. Gave us an awful rip off price for the polo and then the salesman just continued to look down his nose at us as if we were not worthy or could not afford it. Service was not what I would expect. We bought a kodiaq from skoda in the end and had 5 star service. Won't ever be back

I was a bit concerned about having to look for a new car for the first time in 18 years but I needn't have worried, Jon made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I felt supported throughout and everything was communicated well and progressed smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and am loving my new Golf. Thank you!

We have just picked up a lovely polo, it is a used car but just like new. It is immaculate inside and out and just as described. From the moment we started talking to the garage to the time we picked it up everything was handled professionally by the fantastic salesman Mitchell. A brilliant garage and service. Many thanks.
