We are so impressed with Bath Property maintenance. We have just moved to Combe Down and they have been so efficient and quick to respond. We have had two really helpful men out to deal with a variety of things we needed doing in our new house , and they have been great. We can highly recommend them - very professional.

Do not use these people! The first time someone came out for a plumbing issue, he was clueless and unprepared, having been passed on completely the wrong information about the job. He therefore called the manager who attended and promised to deal with the problem urgently. Heard nothing for several days and it was only when I called that someone else was booked in to come and see to the problem - several days later. This second person turned up 2 hours late so I was left hanging around waiting for the second time as it is a tenanted flat and I don't live in Bath. The job was carried out at an exorbitant charge of £396 for half a day's work. Although the manager had told me that the floor was easy to take up and replace, it was completely ruined in the process and BPM had the cheek to send me a quote for another £396 to put it right! Outrageous!

Reliable, professional and efficient! An absolute fuss-free project of my place that included plumbing, electrical, maintenance, assembling of flatpack and paint work. Rupert and his team offer a one-stop solution for all maintenance work. The team is very responsive to emails, they are able to suggest the best solution to the issues in the household completed with high quality craftsmanship. Will definitely team up with them for all my future household maintenance projects!
