Bath Lodge Practice southampton

This practise does not deserve one star even with the poor service. Phoned in several of times to get an appointments or phone consultations and I always managed to get "we are fully booked, try calling us tomorrow morning." I even had one receptionist not asking me what the problem is just that they are fully booked in a rude mannor. Never had this problem until this year with this surgery and I've been going to them all my life.

This place is an absolute sham. I sincerely question weather or not this place is a real genuine practice. Can never get appointments staff are incredibly rude and have twice sent me on a wild chase all over Southampton's hospitals only to be told I was given the wrong info from that same receptionist. When I made my way back to the practise for what I assumed was my blood test I was told to go back to the hospital and when I questioned the lady at reception she would not admit she had made a mistake and threatened to call security. Had enough of this joke shop and I am going to find a better doctor. Even 1 star is too high of a rating for this place honestly people do yourself a favour and find a doctors that isnt disorganised and outright rude to patients.

Only way to get an appointment is to phone up on the day. Hard to do when you work a regular job. Also tried to get a Diabetes Nurse appointment and was told both have left. I am going to update my review. I am currently sat on hold for 40 minutes and counting. There were 4 people in front of me. What kind of enquires must people take to use 10 minutes each? Couldn't get any worse could it? Just phoned to change my nominated pharmacy. Was on hold then phone got hung up. Phoned back and told they are closed and will re open at 2pm. Seriously a struggling doctors surgery now closes for lunch. Also it has been disconnected from Patient ACCESS. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Hard to get appointment or speak to dr or nurse and repeat prescriptions take over a week! Again put repeat prescription in over a week early and took a week and only 1 item given meaning run out of meds again! Drs and staff great but service appalling.

Helped me promptly very impressed with all the staff and doctor

I had a 24hr ECG fitted and was told to hand it back to the security guard and I'd hear results in two weeks. Two weeks later, I get a call. I'm thinking it's my results but no its them calling to say they have lost the ECG machine. Its been about a month and nothing back. Let's really hope my heart is fine eh... Its negligence!

Dental Clinic. The phones have been off for over a week. The lights were off and the reception blind was down. At the time I called in the dental clinic was supposed to be open, what's going on? Usually such a good service here with exceptional staff.

I had an ultrasound scan here today,after being referred from my GP. Based on the reviews I read I was a bit worried, but I found everything to be untrue, staff were very polite, I was seen on time and the doctor that scanned me was lovely and professional, made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything and interactive if I had questions. Overall a good experience :)
