Bath Honda bath

Nice friendly place. Despite being Honda owners for a long time, this was our first time using the bath dealership for a yearly service. All went well except that we needed to give extra time for a valet. Apologies where given and accepted by us (It was an excellent valet). Recommended.

No courtesy car, awful clean, update on sat nav not done

Recently had my HRV first service, l was told it would take 1.- 1.5 hrs went across the road for coffee and returned to see the car had been jet washed. Assuming the service was complete l went to the office to pick up my keys. The lady went to the service bay and returned saying that she couldn’t find the car or the technician. She said it was probably on a test run. She checked again after 15 minutes and returned to say they hadn’t started the service yet and it would be another 1.5 hrs. So l asked the question why was the car on a test run, when it’s a new vehicle which hasn’t had its first service and the there wasn’t anything wrong with it anyway. No answer, l suggested that it was lunch time and he had used the car to go out for his lunch. Yet again silence. Not impressed with the garage very shoddy.

The service you expect from a Honda outlet with the attention only Rob can give. All this enhanced by the backdrop of a UN heritage site. What's not to like?

Rob who looked after me was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. He kept in contact regularly and was efficient in the whole motability process. The car perfectly suits my needs and the purchase went very smoothly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

DONT USE!!! I wanted to book a service under warranty to have my engine coolant fixed, they said they would charge a £160 investigation fee, this is a known scam reported by the bbc and dailymail where shady dealerships charge you to look at the car but don’t make any repairs!
