Had a fantastic time at Basrah Lounge, the atmosphere was great, very spacious and family friendly as well as party, celebrate or just go for a chill. They also have great food and entertainment on specific days. Very happy with my visit.

Pathetic and disgusting service. Imagine being asked by the waiter halfway through your meal how long you might take to finish and go. This, even before one has ordered the main course. Totally ruined our celebration dinner. Wouldn't go again even if they paid me to eat here. Food is good, but honestly there are a hundred similar options in the neighbourhood. Go to Sahib's if you like good food, without repulsive service standards.

Really great place to spend time with friends. Amazing choice of shisha flavours, non alcoholic drinks, halal food and prayer room makes it a perfect destination for any chill-eat-smoke activity. Music can be a little bit too loud and annoying but it depends on the day I guess.

I Came Here The Other Day With 2 Other People. Overall, The Food Was A Solid 8/10. Atmosphere Was Nice, Certainly Packed On Busy Days But Staff Cater To Every Customer On Time. Decor Was Beautiful And The Lounge In General Was Spacious. Would Recommend To Anyone Who Wants To Come Here🙇🏻‍♀️

Nice venue but awful pricing. Far too expensive and receipts say no service charge yet they include £1 per person almost an admission fee. As if £20 per sheesha wasn't enough! Be prepared to spend average £15 + plus food! Won't be coming back here anytime soon!

A bit pricy but looks good and decent service. Parkings a hassle though EDIT: PLEASEEEEE tell your "parking/security" person to relax a bit. He needs to treat customers with a bit more professionalism. After all the years he has been there a bit more competence is expected.
