The guys in the lobby on the desk to the right is the rudest couple of d1ckheads I have met for a very long time. Me, my girlfriend and our key worker from the organisation "Just Life" just whitnessed several different people getting yelled at and told to leave, be quiet and we got threathned to get our appointment cancelled because I mentioned that we saw their bad behaviour especially towards a guy who was clearly vulnarable, all because I told them that I'll go online right now to write them a review for their inappropriate and unessecairily rude behaviour towards people qith difficulties that still are here up and awake early to sort their lives out. I asked for their names but ofcourse they didn't want to give them out, chickens. If I had that attitude I wouldn't want to give my name out either, for my own safety. But I'll describe them so that hopefully their boss can see this and hopefully make a proper consideration about what kind of apples you want in your basket. One guy seems indian and are slightly bald with a too big attitude for his own good, and the other guy is old and white probably British, also probaly failed police school many years ago. Both pretty chubby with a disappointing washed off look and attitude. Thanks, Anonynous

Tried to get through on the customer service line at 14:30 on Friday the 14th of July to talk to somebody about having a proof of address sent to me. The first time I got through the lady on the phone said "switchboard". Bemused with this strange form of greeting I started to explain the reason for my calling to which she again replied "switchboard" and hung up the phone. I decided to call again, there was a longer wait this time, eventually the same lady picked up the phone, speaking slower this time she offered a more humane greeting of "Hello". I confronted her with the information that she had just hung up the phone on me to which I was awarded with swift denial. Undeterred I again explained the reason for my call to which she replied "you need to speak to the council tax department, let me put you through to them". I was put through to the electoral roll department with an automated voice giving me further instructions to apply online! I hung up the phone in frustration, I will try again later when someone with a bit more common decency and brain capacity is manning the phone.

Modern and spacious facilities, not exactly something to write home about. At least they try and make the experience of queuing up relatively pain free and simple. Could do with more reception staff.

Not exactly a picnic. On first arrival I always feel unwelcome as you haveto wait a distance from the reception desk before being told you can approach then abruptly told to wait in whatever area you have to go. After a long waiting time (at least the waiting area is nice enough) you then located to a person that usually does not know what they are doing. Last time we were accompanied by my father's advisor about an error made, despite having written documentation the woman was rudly trying to say we were in the wrong. At the end We were in the right after more evidence was provided but it took a good hour to get her to somewhat listen.
