Went away for 21 days in 2019 week in bali 2days in Singapore and a week in Thailand which was all fantastic would love to go back to bali when this pandemic is over I we will be going back to Barrhead travel when it's safe again loved the holiday

While I appreciate the current circumstances. I have been waiting since the end of January beginning of February for a refund. Surprise I am still waiting even although several emails have been sent (even to the directors) but no reply. Can someone please contact email asap! The service has been absolutely shocking!!!

I think it’s absolutely shocking after booking a holiday with Barrhead travel at the gyle spending a lot of money to go to America that no one has been in touch regarding this matter. After countless emails and heard nothing back. shocking customer service will not be using Barrhead again, quick enough to send countless emails when there showing you holidays and wanting you to book with them.

From the get go barrhead have been a nightmare. Originally spelt our names wrong and took months to get that fixed. Then lost my online payments in the system, never helped with that either. Also we was due to fly to bennidorm in june for our first family holiday. Still no official cancellation and the holiday has already passed and still no return of any emails phone calls. Instergram posts, Facebook posts and nothing. absolutely disgusting behaviour from such a large company 🙄 They are still Contacting people to book new holidays though but won't contact existing customers regarding redunds of £4000..... shamefull.
