Total Disgrace I have only used this place for repeat prescriptions twice. Both times the owner treats you like dirt and gives you nothing but arrogant responses. They carry very little stock and see no reason to apologise for creating delays while they try to sort it out. Told me to collect the bits they missed out the next day, so went during my lunch hour only to be then told that the pharmacist is out for lunch and I would have to come back after 2pm. Pathetic idea of service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

SHAMBOLIC!!! Absolute disgrace! They have been getting my repeat prescription wrong for the past 6 months. The staff lack professionalism and don't seem to be able to do simple maths! I am astounded!

The team is amazing. They will go the extra mile to help. The best I have had in decades. Thank you for being so great to people with mental health issues

The team at Barnton Pharmacy are knowledgeable and approachable. They have a fantastic range of products and the customer service is wonderful.

Called a few times to book travel vaccines; was requested to send an email - 24 hrs later still No feedback and No reply. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unfortunately like others most recently I have suffered due to this pharmacies outstanding lack of care or respect to patients. Trying to use thier travel service and been told straight lie after lie. Don't vaccinate children under 12 (makes no mention of this on website) where pretty much everyone else does and then on phone or in person receive the worst customer service to be shouted at and told curtly that they just can't be bothered to give advice. I will be reporting to the pharmaceutical society for thier astonishing lack of care. Pharmacy needs it's licence revoked not fit for purpose. Disgusting behavior by staff.
