The worst cut and blow dry I have ever had. The welcome was non existent and the stylist was so dismissive as though I was causing her a great inconvenience. The cut was very poor and I can't wait until my hair has grown to have it cut again properly, but the worst part was the blow dry - my hair was yanked and pulled on a very grotty looking brush and the end result was a mess, I can dry it better myself, the stylist then said "I suppose you want it straightened" which I did but again the finish hair style was at best disappointing. I will NEVER return and would certainly not recommend that anyone else goes there.

Absolutely awful. Could not agree more with the first review. I was also kept waiting and made to feel dreadful. I complained and noone apologized, I would never recommend them, they should not be in business!!
