2/ 5

I went into the bank this morning so I could change my billing address and set up online banking as I had to change my address while I was living in university halls. The woman behind the counter seemed to give an immediate disliking to me and was acting as if I was asking the world of her as she was rude when I was nothing but polite to her. As a student that isn't that familiar with stuff to do with banking I felt slightly unwelcomed and I believe this wouldn't have been the case if I were older visitor.
