I use a lot though queues can be problematic. You can't pay in cash now at the special machine inside unless you have a business account which I used to do saving time. It's becoming a problem putting in cash full stop and I've been a customer for many years. Staff mostly friendly though newer members a bit more jobsworth.

Visited this branch today, looks really rough and worn down, there was a notice that they reducing hours to 3.30pm in couple of weeks. There were two staff members sat, however only one was available to speak to customers, quite a long queue too. As much as I prefer online, I needed to put cash in my account.
