Rude employees and the most laziest staff I've seen, worst experience. I had an international transfer which usually takes one day to come into my account, but this has not come yet, when I asked about that the employees at the bank told us to contact the bank who sent the money at first place. They never even bothered to explain why this has happened. I would prefer Llyods bank over Barclay's. I use both accounts, but Llyods is much better than Barclay's.

Very poor customer care in here and no where private to speak. Constantly advice you to get the banking app, if I wanted a computer to serve and deal with me then that’s what I would! If I hadn’t been with this bank for 30 years I would ditch it. In the past the older staff have always looked after me so I feel loyal!

Worst banking experience ever. Advisor tried to convince me that I can do what I wanted via website, until I opened my phone and showed that it’s not possible. Only after that I was able to enter branch. Also, keep in mind that this branch is quite useless: they don’t offer money exchange service, you can’t top up your account using cash and they’re not able to open new account too. I got impression that the only function of this branch is sending customers to the app or website for all queries.

‏I had the worst experience in my life when visiting this branch, I wanted to proof my ID and address after my apply in the Bank app to open a bank account and my request was complicated over three days, every time I get a new excuse from them because of my paper not printing well or any unconvinced excuse, by the way all my papers are in order was well and I’ve a letter to them to opening a bank account for me, in the end no one want to see me and review my documents, the receptionist told me that “the specialist employee is busy go to another branch” and we can’t serve you. so I went to another different bank and I opened a bank account with a huge different of treat it amazing and very respectful way to treatment they’re not wasting of my time and effort, this branch is very bad and made a complicated for you, also I did not get a respectable treatment from them
