The ques can be long. I guess they will get bigger as branches across Mancheser will be closing. No parking making it difficult in the area. At busy times only 2 people on the tills. The staff themselves are trained well. Not too bad, they are helpful, in this busy branch.

The staff are nice and friendly enough, but the downside is that this branch is generally too busy, even if i go at different times of the day. The queues can get ridiculous, and you can see they need more Tellers at the window to deal with this problem. If they had a machine like the other banks that you can put in your card along with your cash to put money straight away, they would have alot more satisfied customers. Standing in the line with so many irate people, I have heard much colourful language regarding the waiting time.... I can tell you!

I opened my international student bank account here. All staff were really helpful and kind. The man who dealt with my bank account was so gentle. I was nervous and am not fluent English speaker. He noticed my situation immediately and talked a lot to make me relieved. I appreciate for everything they've done for me.

Absolutely disgusting experience. After years of using this branch purely for paying in, staff required a pin number when paying on credit card. Ok I understand that some policies changed etc. but the way the lady treated my wife was utterly disgusting. She tried to pay off my credit card and had been warned that she is not allowed to pay on husband's card and the card should be taken of her as she's not the owner. Secondly she couldn't pay her own as she didn't remember the pin. I would urge branch manager to relocate the staff as the training is not enough for this bunch of kids without manners.
