Not helpful business banking as they advertise and as it should be during difficult times for small businesses, ll try another branch next time

Rude staff and not helpful at all! This is only bank in Wembley Park, so I need to use this branch sometimes but every time I go there staff attitude put my mood down for all day with no reason. Try to avoid visiting this branch because personnel in other branches is MUCH more professional and respectful to their clients than here ((

When I got my first account made about a week and a half ago the employee making it put in the wrong address. This caused it to be delivered to the wrong address . I then went to the bank in wembley to ask about my card and hopefully change my address and order a new card. I was treated poorly by staff, first going to the cubicle then being sent in the waiting room, and then being told by an employee to go back to a cubicle. The lady in the cubicle proceeded to cancel my card and then told me to go home and go through costumer service despite my text message from barclays specifically stating that I could go to any branch and ask for a new card. Customer service was terribly slow, being put on hold for 15 min every time I called. I believe this is all unprofessional and made complicated even though it should not be. All I needed was a simple address change and a new card to be delivered. I have not succeeded to talk to anyone and get help. I am on hold as I write this.

Awful service. Staff not helpful at all, plus so rude. Standing in front of me and my husband and talking in their own language pointing at the watch. It’s not the first time cause this is nearest Barclays branch to mine, would rather travel just to have professionals helping. Not explaining, just rushing to her lunch brake even when we had an appointment to open a new account.
