They don’t have enough staff on Saturday. Most of the people have no idea how to use the machines

They don’t have enough staff on Saturday. Most of the people have no idea how to use the machines and there is only one girl there to help but a 2 min transaction takes 30 min each person like this. I was waiting there half an hour just to finish my 2 min transaction.
