worst service ever, I also worked with a bank in KYC and account opening and for the fact i am aware of the norms, but this branch people are some what idiots, they say something and the customer care executives say something else. I was told to carry a letter from the landlord by the customer care person but at the branch, they did not even entertain me as i had no valid address proof. i did what i was adviced on call by the executive but that idiot lady is totally stupid.. i dont suggest such banks to anyone

Unhelpful counter staff. Why open if you are going to be Unhelpful,Rude,Arogroant,Pretend to listen while having a discussing Smirk on their face.If you want information you might as well wait in a queue on the telephone at least that part service is friendly and helpful. So what u work in a bank to serve us as soon as Barclays staff remember that they might get better reviews. So wake up instead of acting like you are Superior to your Customers!!!
