Barclays Bank leeds

If the business I work for didn't bank here I'd be happy to never walk in again. Never enough cashiers open, staff gassing amongst each other rather than helping customers and generally just a very negative atmosphere. I'd never personally bank with Barclays

Service is better than another city centre branch.

As a business customer who pays 10s of thousands of pounds into our Barclay account every week, I find it unacceptable to be stood waiting for over 30 minutes to make a deposit into our account! To only have 2 cashiers working at a peak time is not good enough. Plenty of staff opening new accounts and selling products but yet you're neglecting your current customers. Sort it out or we'll vote with our feet.

The service is very good

Friendly staff good location but there needs to be more cashiers or more Barclays branches as the wait times they are just ridiculous usually waiting a minimum of 10 minutes and that my worst X could be more than half an hour

The service here is appalling. The women who served me was undermining and insulting my intelligence, was adamant she was right when in the end she was wrong and I was right. Rude and unhelpful.

The attitude for the lady staff is really bad
