Barclays Bank leeds

I went to the Market Street branch to collect my new replacement bank card which I needed urgently. After reading the reviews I expected to be waiting for hours for this service. I was greeted by three young men as I entered, who were very helpful. I explained my predicament to them and a manager was called to help, within minutes I was going through the process of having my new card issued. The staff member (Jake) was everything you would expect and more. The procedure was quick and I left after a short time with my new card. The service I received was excellent and I would recommend this branch to anyone. I would definitely visit this branch again should I Find myself needing any help at all. Well done Barclays! Sorry I didn’t get the managers name but 5⭐️ To him too.

Very Good customer service, the handsome guy called “WILL” helped me out with my request ASAP, no messing or waiting time like usual, probs the best worker at Barclays, I consider he needs promotion ASAP, had very good communication skills, and very talkative, TOP GUY.... THANKS

Fantastic, full of enthusiasm and a jolly guy called Ed treated me & family excellently. Also all asians guys bring about a different vibe there, a very pleasant one. However bloke called Mike was a bit abrupt with me seemed to be impatient from the start for a reason that remains unknown.

19/10/2019 a visit at 12:30. No wonder this branch is getting bad reviews when they hire people like LAILA or whatever her name is. She was the accountant for the business and premiere accounts which should have given her "a little bit of professionalism" but apparently not. She would not give you the right information and would waste your time. I just opened my bank account and she would be probably the reason why I would close it. She should learn something from her one-floor-higher colleague MANDEY who was absolutely helpful and lovely.

Had a prearranged appointment with staff member Sheraz Dutt to have my ID verified. Waited over 40mins. Very poor service, will not be using this branch again.

I be with Barclays for over 33 years since I was a teenager iv never looked back I will never change anything or bad mouth then the staff at my new branch are very happy bunch no etiquette just a friendly bunch. I’ve given them a 4💫 but it not the proper score it’s well up to 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🙂9% excellent thanks for putting up with me all these years 💎

I have been banking with this bank since my arrival from 1966 and since moving to Baildon it was easier for my wife to go to our local location of the bank and with all the profits they have made they have closed this branch and the branch in Horsforth and its very difficult for people like us old and fragile to get to the bank! Sometimes I feel like going to any other bank for my comfort.

Been to the bank to see an advisor, I didn't get her name but she was really helpful and polite, not like the one in Keighley branch.

I certainly recommend this branch for its first class customer service and the assistance and support it has provided to our business during covid.

Staff very rude n unprofessional, not respecting customers privacy being asked in front of everyone how much money I am going to deposit into a business account that’s absolutely ridiculous, put customers life at risk. Not feel safe switching bank and taking business to NatWest they offer better customer service.
