Terrible opening times, recent refurbishment has axed 2 desks in favour of ATMs, queues are now excruciating as a result.... hard to think of a worse branch in existence to be honest. No complaints about the actual staff, however, if I were them, I'd be complaining about how overburdened I now am due to the redesign, which was clearly conceived and overseen by a hamster.

Today was the 3rd time when I tried to sort out something in this branch. 1st time they didnt even know how to do my request (updated statement, not a big thing.) In an another branch it was 3minutes aprox. 2nd time, to log in into my new phone I would need their pinsentry to log in. They didnt know what to do, but after 10 minutes of "thinking" they made it. And today again a verification, absolutely no clue how to. The only thing I do not understand, how the other branches are able to make things they dont. This place is a shame on Barclays. Should send this people back the supermarkets where they came from.

Infuriating branch to deal with. The telephone is seldom answered, even as I have direct numbers for the branch. There is NO answering machine and the number quoted on the website is not the branch at all but a call centre that cannot deal with my questions The staff, when they can be contacted, are very good If I could give a zero score, then I would do so.

Not very happy been trying to contact the bank and the phone number DOES NOT put you through just cuts off. Not very good as I am house bound and cannot get out the house. Only information I have is on a card which I was given by my daughter. Please fix this as its not good that you cannot phone your bank and speak to a human being its all online which I don't have.
