Barclays Bank cambridge

Worst experience in a bank ever. Except the office staff who were very welcoming, both young advisers have been very unpleasant and pretentious assuming that I was coming to open a student bank account (meaning young people are not welcome in Barclays bank ?) which btw was not the case... To make it short, Lloyds bank is 2 minutes away in the same street, so don't waist your time as apparently this bank doesn't need your money...

Went there for loan advice. Sat there for 30 minutes , staff members no bother to serwe me, they were to busy chatting and laugh. Avoid! St Andrews Street branch will look after you

I have always found the bank personnel very friendly and helpful.

Used this branch to open an account. Katie was really helpful, followed through my application and called to update me as promised.

Worst bank in the UK it took almost a year to change the signatories of a society account

Extremely slow and so not bothered about customers wasting their time. Frustrating.

Very pleased that this branch has reopened, a very good experience this morning from very helpful staff who took the time to talk me through online and mobile banking, and set things up for me.

Went here to create a new account and was refused by them telling me it's not possible to create an account for me whenever I want and that I need to make an appointment in 2 weeks time. I was pretty sure that's not true so went to another Barclays branch (on St. Andrew's street) and, surprise surprise, they happily opened my account in 20 Minutes!
