# I was racially profiled at the Chesterton branch @ 1135am this morning. If Barclays bank does not want people of colour coming into their bank, they should put a sign at the door, so that some will not go through what l went through today. The customer service l received was disgraceful, to say the least.

Worst bank ever. I only come here as I have to for work, the queues are an absolute joke. Minimum wait time is half an hour and with traffic wardens constantly wondering outside you have no choice to pay for the meter. Wouldn’t it make sense (as you only have one counter open) for customers who have banking issues to be taken to one of the offices to deal with the issue rather than dealing with it at the counter? , that way you can keep the queue flowing. It’s no wonder Barclays have scored so badly in the FCA performance rating. Terrible bank.

I was given £40 less from their ATM when I widrew cash and after waiting one month for the dispute resolution (for them to count the cash in the ATM) they decided I was lying 🤦🏻‍♂️. I understand all systems fail from time to time, but I shouldn't pay for that!
