Staff are wonderful but the 2 service checkouts that are actually staffed is nowhere near enough. Waited 45 minutes to drop off some banking. Not good enough.

Pleasant building, although an odd use of space. Needed to see a teller and they are tucked away at the far end of the building. Staff were pleasant and helpful, sorting out all my problems pretty quickly. It was a very quiet day. Seems a little strange to have so many people welcoming customers and few actually behind counters helping people.

Helpful staff. the waits can get quite annoying. They don't seem to have a good system to cope with the start of term surge of students trying to open a bank account. After that dreadful period it is alright

Customer, visiting on Saturdays since 2015. Excellent courteous and kind service. Clean premises. Feel safe. Everyone in queue gets a welcome and is offered help to use self-banking machine instead. Cannot wish for any better. Thank you Barclays St Andrews.

This bank branch used to be excellent 8 years ago, but now the service has sunk to rock bottom. To some extent, the employees are stretched thin with much less resources than before. However, when you do finally have an opportunity to talk with someone, they don't want to help you. I was told that because I was a foreigner outside the UK for too long, my account was probably closed, and they refused to even check it in their computer. If their claim was true, why do I still receive statements from Barclay's?
