Barclays Bank cambridge

Staff are wonderful but the 2 service checkouts that are actually staffed is nowhere near enough. Waited 45 minutes to drop off some banking. Not good enough.

Tried hard, but not stunningly helpful.

The banking machines here are brilliant and saves standing the que! Staff are helpful if you have any issues

Pleasant building, although an odd use of space. Needed to see a teller and they are tucked away at the far end of the building. Staff were pleasant and helpful, sorting out all my problems pretty quickly. It was a very quiet day. Seems a little strange to have so many people welcoming customers and few actually behind counters helping people.

Helpful staff. the waits can get quite annoying. They don't seem to have a good system to cope with the start of term surge of students trying to open a bank account. After that dreadful period it is alright

It is a very good bank friendly and helpful staff they keep changing the time when they are open so get piss of went l go there and they shut the one where l live in Great shelford

Fantastic staff: attentive, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. The whole place is easy to navigate and the machines have great user interfaces.

This bank branch used to be excellent 8 years ago, but now the service has sunk to rock bottom. To some extent, the employees are stretched thin with much less resources than before. However, when you do finally have an opportunity to talk with someone, they don't want to help you. I was told that because I was a foreigner outside the UK for too long, my account was probably closed, and they refused to even check it in their computer. If their claim was true, why do I still receive statements from Barclay's?
