This bank is a joke when it comes to sorting out problems. This young lady who works there instead of understanding my frustration about ongoing issue, she was getting angry with me and passing to someone else saying.I experience that in any bank first time ever. Hopefully it would be the last. I now go to opposite METRO bank huge difference on customer service recommended everyone.

Went to order replacement card and was served by polite staff but as soon as I stepped out my wife received a text saying a new card is being sent so I wanted to double check that they are sending the correct card since I should be the one receiving the text, the door staff refused to let me in because it's 1min past their closing time, and told me to become back tomorrow! No compassion, obviously going home is more important than a 5min question to a potential error that they've caused.

I have visited this branch and have no quarrel with staff but Barclays is one of the biggest investors in fossil fuels including coal abroad. This has to stop. We have a climate emergency. Please don't support this bank.

Today I have received the possible rudest service from Mr. F V . Although I had to wait an hour to be seated I approached him with a polite and positive attitude. He had clearly no knowledge to sort out my problem and on the top of that he was asking “What do you want me to do “? If I would know probably I wouldn’t ask you or your colleague. Disgrace.

As a shareholder, extremely disappointed to see that Barclays is Europe’s biggest financier of fossil fuels and the sixth-largest in the world. Why would one want to bank with them?
