Barclays is the No 1 bank in the UK ... for investing in the coal industry. Coal emits more greenhouse gas than any other fossil fuel. We need to stop relying on it, stop using it, and certainly stop investing in it. Every year we delay will increase the suffering caused by global heating. What part of 'code red for humanity' don't you understand?

The three stars are for the staff who are always friendly and willing to help, but as for the company itself? Rather annoying to say the least. There's always a large queue here but then what can one expect when they remove nearby branches and the ability to pay cash or cheques at the ATM? I don't think I've ever walked in to the bank when there isn't a queue and it doesn't help when there's only one or two windows open. I don't have any issue with the staff but the numbers being employed here. I'm afraid seeing a queue outside the door almost every time I go there is not acceptable. Poor workings. Great staff.
