Was served by an elderly brunette southern European sounding lady. She was very rude and unhelpful.

Was served by an elderly brunette southern European sounding lady. She was very rude and unhelpful. I was polite and cordial and all she ws trying to do was just make the queue move along without actually doing what she was asked to. Without performing the bank service. Terrible experience.
