First time visitor to this club & I was impressed. Laura listened to what my needs were & worked her magic with an excellent back neck & shoulders massage. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at bannatynes are doing an excellent job under trying circumstances I only use the swimming pool and must admit that I miss the closure of the steam room and sauna. I can't foresee either of these facilities opening any time soon because of social distancing. But overall i understand that we all have to compromise as long as this pandemic is with us Jimmy Taylor

Managed to get a spa deal on Wowcher. This place is fantastic. The beauticians where really nice and helpful. Me and my partner got a back massage and facial it was so relaxing. I will need to come back again for a treatment and try out the pool etc.

Amazing staff and the Spa is great here. They have a large selection of treatments to choose from and very relaxing. The pool, stream room and sauna are also very relaxing and quiet. The food court has a few things which are nice and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Facilties great but *some* of the staff are bizarrely lacking in friendliness/professionalism. Front desk staff member "joking" about day passes not being valid due to covid. Relaxing in the jacuzzi on my own and told very curtly and firmly to sit on the edge when the jets were off. No explanation why. Shame as some of the other staff member are lovely.

Very nice club! Gym with top quality equipment, swimming pool, 2 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 relaxation room, 2 jacuzzi. Staff very friendly and facilities very clean. A private parking space is at the rear with plenty of space. Price is over the average but definitely worth it.
