Terrible chain gym. Incompetent staff who are rude and plain useless. Once you’re a member, all they care about are new members and show no loyalty to existing customers. When I handed my notice in they tried to charge me for an additional months membership. When I refused to pay, they sent the debt to a collection agency. Who in turn harassed, bullied and threatened with court action. Treated disgustingly by this company and I would avoid joining this gym at all costs.

I could not believe, I have just bought a cup of tea, the price says £2.20 I got asked if I would like milk, I said yes to then be charged 50p for my milk which came from a 4liter bottle, which if you buy from a supermarket will only cost you £1. Are you that hard up that you have to charge for milk separately, even in Costa they don't charge you separately for your milk. Don't use the coffee shop in Bannatyne, you tight old git 😡. I will put this all over Facebook
