Really enjoying my time at this gym.. the SpeedFlex classes are great, trainers are friendly and helpful, facilities are good. The pool area could do with a bit of a spruce and the shower areas aren't always the cleanest.. but overall it's a good gym

A great gym and spa. Membership allows you to visit any of the three Bannatyne gyms in the city centre, but this one is the largest, with two studio rooms, a large free weight area, a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and two jacuzzis. I would recommend the body pump, body combat and Pilates classes. The spa here is also lovely and they offer a very good massage. The treatment rooms a clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Spa staff are very good and flexible to individual needs.

Went to the pool/spa: Very clean and spacious. A steam room and a dry sauna, 2 jacuzzis, and quite a big pool. There are even a few more saunas in the female changing area. Very friendly staff, too. Can't say anything about the gym.

Whent to the gym tonight, walked right out. Completely saturated. The place is crammed and has been getting worse by the week, it's become impossible to get a decent workout at peak times.
