I only use the weights area so I can't comment on classes etc. The staff are great, always friendly and welcoming; the weights area is a bit small and lacking in a couple of absolute gym staples (I use this gym because it's close to home btw), they should really have a standing calf machine for a start (there isn't actually any dedicated calf machine at all!) They have something that you stand on and wobble about, that should go in the skip and a calf machine put there! There's also not much for abs, a hanging leg raise and a crunch machine that has straps rather than a chest pad (in other words it's useless), that's it. A big plus is that everyone puts their weights back after use, that's a rare sight in gyms I've been in before 🙂

good gym but recently opened a Spa center. I use the pool a lot and people from the Spa come in and stand around chatting in the pool. This gets in the way of people trying to swim.

Me and mum was told to arrive an hour before treatment, so felt rushed to go around pool and spa areas. Price for treatment was excellent, but had to pay extra for a spa pass instead of day pass (but due to covid day passes are not available). Should consider give passes around £5. But we managed to get pool and spa time and treatment thanks to very nice manager. Treatments was amazing, I had really nice therapist called Beth who was lovely to talk to. Nails look amazing too.

Love this place. There's always equipment available, classes are good and encouraging. Only downside is that the most popular ones are almost always full😭
