Top priced Gym and Spa, however service is not what you would expect for the price. Comms are poor, unless it’s to pay them. Staff not bothered and attitude is poor. Avoid, it isn’t worth the time, there are better options out there, with better deals and superior service.

Always clean and tidy good alrounder gym free weights area alittle small and no platform for Olympic lifting or deadlifting

My friend and I went on Sunday and we thought the facilities were great and the staff from main reception to the beauty treatments were so helpful, approachable and just made the whole experience really enjoyable. We had such a great experience. Thank you so much.

One of the best gym and pool facilities in Barnsley.membership is on the pricier side of things but you get quality service and unlike other gym environments I haven't felt judged or made fun of as a larger lady.(you'd be surprised the things other gyms will allow patrons to say to each other )

We called in yesterday to enquire about membership. We were greeted by friendly attentive staff who made time to go over all the clubs facilities with us. Staff led us on a tour of the building and full explanations were given of all the different areas of the club and how best they could meet our specific needs. We were impressed with the facilities on offer, the warm and friendly atmosphere and the excellent staff. Although it was the most expensive of the clubs we looked at we decided to sign up there and then as we felt comfortable and the staff were welcoming. We were surprised to be immediately offered a complimentary 6 week smart start induction package with an instructor to ascertain our fitness levels and goals to ensure we were on the right path on the fitness journey. We came back later in the evening for a brief swim in the pool and to use the sauna. Again staff were excellent and spent the time to explain how the locker systems electronic tags worked. Overall a very positive experience and happy to recommend to others.
