I found the facilities very basic and in desperate need of refurbishment. Floors were very dirty in places and I was given a dirty robe to wear. It was however replaced with a clean one when I complained. I didn't feel safe in terms of covid. The therapist hadn't turned up for the treatments but to be fair we were contacted to let us know but we thought we'd still go for a chill out. wish we hadn't. I came out feeling more stressed. Won't be returning

Well. They are not interested in new customers. I went to Luton branch to know the terms and condiction for new members and surprisingly the Duty Manager was busy cleaning de floor at reception and the member at reception was busy on a mobile phone. He only could tell me exactly the prices without any further details whatsoever as the services included. I was so surprised that I had to insist that it was my first day there and that I was looking for a good gym to start. He insisted. Gave me the prices and ask me if I was interested. Exactly like this. I was astonished and he told me to "scan" tha car park park on my hand before I leave. The price was £39.xx.

NO VENTILATION! No air conditioning whatsoever! People are sweating like crazy with no air, and covid restrictions are relaxed without appropriate conditions to exercise. There is nothing to breathe!!!! This place is ideal for Coronavirus to spread and infect as many people as possible. I can recommend you to visit if you really want to get sick!
