I recently joined assuming the pictures i saw on the website would at least be fairly similar. I found the changing rooms and swimming pool area to be dirty. I had a reaction to the pool and had to go to the doctors, as an avid swimmer never had this problem before. The changing room had showers that were only cold, one didn't have a shower head on it. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT GO HERE, save your money. i paid almost £60 for a swampland.

For the most part I loved this Gym and will join again soon, would have liked for things like towels and lockers to be included in the price (I just hate add ons) I am also not a fan of virtual classes so never attended but apart from that it is a great gym 😀

Extremely horrible place to workout. The gym is incredibly small, I am currently paying £35 a month and it is not worth it at all, with such an expensive monthly payment you’d expect the gym to be sort of empty. However, you have to wait for every machine. There are only 2 bench presses in the entirety of gym, and there are only 3 benches in the whole gym. The swimming pool is extremely small also, it is unbelievably dirty and very shallow. I have been to a couple of gyms in Leicester, and this is the worst one by far.

I use to come to this place as a guest and often took this place for granted. It is now when I joined due to the Referral by my son. I truly appreciate this place. It reminds me of a club back at home. I love it and I would recommend anybody who needs to take care of their soul as well. Their Sauna, pool area is relaxing. Today I even took a class Body Balance. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Bannatyne and their amazing staff. Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

Unfortunately Staff is arrogant, particularly younger English guy in the reception, have seen him in pool area checking Jacuzzi too. Extremely unpolite and unwelcoming. He needs to take a Charm Class!! Even the Membership staff is nonchalant and unwelcoming. My stars goes to two lovely ladies, Mandy and Barbara in the Reception and the Jacuzzi.
