Do not recommend. I’ve had a terribly frustrating experience with this gym. On multiple occasions Saturday morning classes did not happen because instructors simply did not show up. I had to cancel my membership early due to moving house and outside the range of a Bannatyne. The Customer Service team has been less than helpful, taking 2 weeks to reply ultimately leading to my notice period having to be extended. I’ve been extremely disappointed with how the company handled a simple cancellation request and trying to find ways to charge me longer. I would advise against joining this gym.

I went for a massage to the health club. The cabins are lovely and look clean. The massage was nice but didn't meet my expectations and it took less time than the advertised. The attention from the staff was a bit cold and in a rush. I will no come back to this place for a massage or health treatment.

Monday day visit 10am. Started of with a drink in the cafe to have an old woman muscle in on the sofa whilst I was having a private chat to my friend when there where plenty of free tables she could have taken, found this rude. This then followed on with a pattern of rude pretentious old women giving of bad vibes and looks during my hours at the spa, especally in the changing rooms. I had inconvenienced them by putting my bags on the bench to get changed, every woman who wanted me to move to get into thier locker had a rude way of asking me to move. The changing room had so many naked old women in a small space flashing everything they had. Only 2 separate changing rooms if you didn't want to strip naked and flash all your privates and cellulite! I was getting a sense of being frowned upon for being a day spa guest by members as was very obvious from me hiring a robe which singles you out from members. Staff where all friendly. Food portion way to small but tasty and fast service. Great shoulder and head massage treatment by 2 lovely smiley and friendly girls. The only downfall to what could be a really nice health club/spa is to many grumpy old women hogging this place bringing it down to what should be a nice friendly chilled vibe! Isn't that what spa days are about!!

Staff help make this a 5 star experience regardless of being a day voucher visitor or a member. From the gent on reception, to the cafe staff and the ladies running the treatments, all are universally welcoming, friendly and approachable. Spa itself is nice, although it can be quite busy (too busy for the small scale facilities), small jacuzzi, steam room, sauna + nice relaxation room. Treatments were very good as well. Our meal was nice enough although some visitors aren't very considerate with loud phone conversations in the cafe, I mean...really?Ample parking help make it easy to visit. If it weren't for the staff, would rank this lower. Special kudos for the staff that arranged privacy for my wife to express milk! 🥛

I am a recently new member here and feel very comfortable in this club. The gym is never too busy off peak and has everything you need. The pool is very nice, aswel as the sauna and steam room and there's also a lovely relaxation room. Staff are very friendly and there's a nice lounge area by the bar. The showers and changing rooms are always clean. If you are serious about your health and fitness, it's definitely worth treating yourself to somewhere nice like this.

Not entirely worth the price, but the facilities are decent. Opening hours could be a little later, and they don't tell you very explicitly that the facilities close before the closing time when you're signing up. The showers/toilets are a bit dirty/slimy, as it the spin-dryer. Otherwise, fine.

Got given a spa treatment for my birthday so used it here while visiting Bristol. The massage treatment was great, but I would say the spa day is more of a leisure day as it’s really just a public swimming pool. They also charge extra for the use of towels which should really be included.
