Banksy ‘Well Hung Lover’ 2006 bristol

The Street Art tour by "Where The Wall" is amazing, taking you on a 2 hour walk around the street art and graffiti of Bristol. John Nation took us for the walk, knowledgeable, funny, interesting and answered all the questions. Save the Bear Pit.

This is excellent of course, and better, is if you look left this is the hill that Freddy bombs on Skins gen 2. Two of my great loves in one.

As well as enjoying a walk around Bristol, it's was fun to have a wander round looking for a few of the Banksy pieces that are around the city. Might even come across somewhere that you might not have found or planned to visit

Still a great piece, despite some jealous nobody tomnoddies leaving their marks also.

One of the many wonders of Bristol is it’s street art. And who is a better street artists than Banksy! I love “ Well Hung Lover” because it’s just sarcastically funny enough without being silly and relevant enough without being hurtful. It makes you wonder about marriage, divorce and infidelity.

Banksy’s Well Hung Lover. A very old free house right behind the building dating back to 1606. Hard to miss the Banksy piece during the day and difficult to spot at night.

Suprised such famous art isn't more protected seen as it can get destroyed so easily. Nice spot in middle of Bristol close to the Bristol Cathedral.

This is a really iconic work of street, by Bristol legend, Banksy. A must see while you're in Bristol, particularly as it's so central and accessible. A couple of years ago, it was vandalised, however, it is still in reasonably good condition and little has been detracted from the work

I love the fact that I could just walk through the streets of of Bristol turn corner and find this masterpiece it was brilliant. Well Hung Lover, aka Love Cheat, is a stenciled graffiti depicting an adulterous couple: a suited man on the left, and a woman in lingerie on the right, touching his shoulder. Banksy is a pseudonymous England-based street artist, political activist, and film director whose real name and identity remain unconfirmed and the subject of speculation.
