They have limited services, which don’t help. It’s been more than twice that they have said I’m short on notes when three people have counted them, they don’t manually count the notes and only rely on the machine, machines can make errors as well you know? When confronted about this issue they don’t take it serious, just say “we’ll look into this” yes, I’m sure you will, it’s been over 2 years and no word back. Will never be back to this branch, was a really good brand before but ever since the refurb, it’s went down hill, might as well just close. Cannot recommend the service or staff both unhelpful.
