Staff is not helpfull at all

Has a cash machine outside.

Completely understand the COVID restrictions meaning less customers allowed inside but I was stood outside in the freezing cold for a solid 15 minutes in the same spot next in the queue and found that if you have a business account you can simply skip everyone else which is what kept happening over and over again , I’ve never heard of this before and find it very unfair. No matter what kind of account you have or what you are doing I don’t think people should be allowed to skip the queue!! Makes me want to close my account!

I had a stressful situation where my card had been declined and the teller who helped me was amazing. She really went above and beyond thank you.

The bank I use in sauchiehall st Glasgow is run well with no long queues. During this corona outbreak they have had hand sanitizer at the door. Overall good service unlike RBS across the street from it which is shocking for service with shortage of staff and long queues and terrible layout.

Few members of staff of need to fix up and drop the attitude. Thankfully majority of the advisors are very helpful

Worst service ever guy behind counter not helpful at all needs to go back and get trained in customer service relationships had no idea of what he was doing, dont know how he got job as a teller
