This bank is staffed by the most unhelpful, unfriendly, bunch of people I have ever met in my life. Every time I go in they find a new way to be uncooperative and avoiding having to do any work.. I've said it before but I am going to take my business elsewhere a.s.a.p.

I had bad experience in Argyle Street Glasgow.I was using the Pay in Machine and broke down only giving myself part of the money.I was to get £400 payed in next day and Ahmed Manager assured my self it would be in my account.Which it wasn't I contacted The Branch and Kirsty called myself back saying I can't hear you and was very aggressive.I contacted Complaints department.Which Nic investigated the issue in a morning and sent a text.So much for Bank of Scotland mission statement By You Side.As they never were only Fraudlently By each others Side.I just had Major Brain Surgery and was on Chemo at the time of incident. Still on Chemo.( It has caused extreme stress.and Anxiety. Not very good Ambassdors representing Bank of Scotland. They should learn to be Assertive and not Aggressive.I was in Argyle Street and Ahmed came over to myself shouting you can't prove a thing.

Went in today for the first time (normally go to Byres Rd branch which is closed due to covid) to open a new card and was given an appointment straight away with Lesley McVey, she could not have been more helpful, answered all my questions and put me at ease. She also made me laugh a lot but was very professional. Overall great service, thanks Lesley.
