I came to set up a new bank account. The person who was helping me was Hazel. I had a few mistakes in my application and she was so nice to go through it with me and help me with my application. She had great customer service skills and provided me with all the information I needed. She was very kind and friendly. Much better service than what I had received when I tried to set up an account and the Royal Bank of Scotland.. Would recommend this bank over them any day! Thank you for your help!
