A copy of my bank statement was urgently needed but the manager Simon was unwilling to help and was incompetently very certain it cannot be done due to my bank account is with Lloyds, he offered zero help! Thankfully colleagues at another bank branch was kind enough to assist me with this urgent matter, printed up-to-date statement at the spot. Perhaps more training on how to operate your system and have a better 'can do' attitude when you are on a customer facing job?

Set up an appointment to open up a joint account today with my wife. Adverse weather conditions meant we were 2 mins late. We were advised we would be seen in 2 minutes and told to take a seat. 1/2 an hour later I asked what was happening as we had a one year old baby with us who was by then understandably restless only to be told it was our fault for being late and so they had taken someone else before us. That is fine but why not tell us this at the beginning? Also I didn’t appreciate the guys tone so we left and opened our account with The Nationwide Building Society next door who were fantastic. I will also be moving my personal account there now too. Terrible customer service!

Today I went for a old 10 pounds note. I was hesitated because not sure if I can change it. But the friendly staff helped us just right after we entered the front door. It's really kind of you! Thank you very much!

Was waiting with my wife who's in advanced pregnancy and wasn't feeling well for 40 min for someone to help us while employees were chatting and joking between each other. At the end they couldn't help us because someone did the job wrong last week we have been here. 0 respect and unprofessional staff.

The middle aged lady with the brown hair at the counter is really unfriendly and rude! Her tone and mannerisms are just very disrespectful. The whole branch should learn how to treat customers.

Looking at the recent reviews it would seem I landed lucky. I was wanting to open a bank account for a 15 year old from Germany and after a brief wait we were looked after by Hasan who could not have been more helpful. he was particularly good with the teenager, making sure she understood everything. Bravo! Maybe they should make him manager!
