It will be great if the receptionists treated everyone the same and stopped discriminating and being condescending towards foreigners. I don’t understand how these women are allowed to display and get away with such behaviour...it’s just unacceptable!!!

Don't bother registering. They'll treat you like a subhuman if you're a foreigner and will make you feel inadequate. Never got a chance to see the doctors but the reception staff on their own managed to make a very lasting impression for this practice. Disgraceful in this day and age, to treat taxpayers this way, no matter their background.

The staff go above and beyond helping pts. Dr Hill treated our mum, the care and empathy was exceptional. He always explained her care in depth and detail. Dr Allan has also given given exceptional care. There is certain reception staff who also goes above and beyond their duties. The Practice Manager also does an amazing job. There is never anything too much trouble. We cannot thank all the staff enough for everything they have done for our family. We feel so lucky to have such great Doctors, nurses, . We cannot thank them all enough. Keep up the amazing work you all do. X

Very rude and unfriendly receptionists! I called last week to arrange an appointment to see a doctor because for more than two days I had chest pain, pain when coughing and felt lightheaded. I explained that I had Covid three weeks prior, but have since recovered and don’t have symptoms anymore. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unpleasant to talk to! I explained my symptoms to her and she then seriously offered me a phone(!) consultation with a doctor in over a weeks time! I was quite perplexed, so I said OK and as soon as that she hung up! I then actually called 111, because chest pain is not something you wait with only to have a phone consultation a week later. The person I spoke to was quite shocked to hear that the GP would not see me with such symptoms and I had a hospital appointment still on the same day! Really shameful and irresponsible behaviour!

Very helpful practice in general. Getting modern with website, phone appointments and generally good use of everyone's time. Helped me out with an insurance declaration over the phone. They seem to go out of their way to provide as wide a service as they can. Very impressed.
