Would like to express my sincere disappointment in Bang and Olufsen and dissuade anyone from buying their extortionately priced products, particularly their BeoPlay H3 earphones. I had long aspired to own a B&O product and purchased my £149 BeoPlay H3s in the belief that they would last me several years and assured by their 2-year warranty. After only a couple of months, the wiring of the earphones became exposed – unsafe, aesthetically unpleasant, and will no doubt soon affect the sound quality. To add insult to injury, I spent hours of my valuable time packaging and returning these earphones to be told that I have induced the damage myself and that their 2-year warranty doesn’t cover this type of damage! By far the most expensive and poorest quality earphones I have purchased with a warranty that doesn’t mean much.

I have recently purchased a Beovision Contour TV from here. Everything from helping me choose the right colour combination for my living room, through to the installation itself has been absolutely first class. I can highly recommend this shop and the TV has proved to be really good too!
