Very good experience with a balayage and a haircut on curly hair. The prices are good for the service you receive. I would definitely visit again.

I waited ages in reception for a strand test the salon was busy which was fine so I was asked to come back in an hour. I went back had to wait ages again even though I was told to come back at this time. There was a stylish free (he was friendly and said hi to me) and he said he could do my strand and patch test and the other lady said no I could wait - which I heard and she decided to answer the phone instead leaving me stood in reception I felt like a total inconvenience and that I was in the way. I showed the lady how I wanted to have my hair and understood that my hair wouldn't go the colour I wanted right away so was willing to pay and go through the process regardless. I had 2 strands of hair from the back of my head taken that you could visibly see after. I went to get my hair cut else where the stylist acked why I had two chunks missing from the back of my head! Was told I would be called back the following Tuesday as they were closed after NYD... That was 3 weeks ago. Left with a really bad vibe and I'm really disappointed because they have a great reputation.

Amazing stylists and such a chill yet professional place. Always make me feel like I'm part of the family. One of those places that listen to what you want and actually does it down to a T.

I'm so happy with my hair! I had a restyle, the girl was professional, knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I wanted even from the vague photos I showed her and the advice she gave me was perfect. She also recognised that I'm not a chatty person so she just got in with it and worked which I thought was fantastic!! So many people have mentioned my hair since having it cut, I mean genuinely almost everyone I've come across has commented and said how good it looks which is a really good feeling! And the style she gave me and her advice means I have a really low maintenance style which is perfect for me and it always looks good with minimal effort.

I went in for a complete transformation and was not disappointed. I went from long to short hair with a perm and feel like an entirely new person. I love my hair. I love how professionally it was done. The staff was so sweet. And I can't wait to come back.

First time visiting Bang, booked it based on reviews and took whatever stylist was available. I have to say I'll definitely be going back, Marie did an excellent job and I'm really happy. I often come out of hair salons not quite satisfied - I'm not very picky I just think the stylist hasn't quite got my face shape. But, this time none of that! Will be a repeat customer and look forward to Marie cutting my hair again!!!
