Excellent and very professional from the phone call to the massage. Clean, polite and welcoming. Really know their business. Thai massage tailored around the individuals needs. Helping me so much with tightness etc Can not recommend this place highly enough. Pan is so knowledgable and experienced. I have no doubt the other therapists would be the same. Worth every penny!

I booked the bamboo massage, which is clearly advertised on the website and in the printed leaflets

1/ 5

I booked the bamboo massage, which is clearly advertised on the website and in the printed leaflets as using heated bamboo. It was a cold day and I was surprised to lie down and feel cold bamboo being pressed into me. I thought maybe it would heat up as we were going along... So I left it a bit longer but it remained cold. As I was getting progressively colder, I asked if at least another heater could be turned on. I said I had thought the bamboo was heated, as advertised. The masseuse said that no, they only use cold bamboo and if I wanted something heated I should have ordered the hot stone massage. She then refused to put an additional heater on, even though there was one a few metres away in another massage bay. After the massage was over there was no cup of tea offered, nothing to make me feel pampered at all. For £60, I would expect much better treatment from staff and to come away feeling serene and refreshed. Instead, I was cold and unhappy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've never had a bad massage here and have tried most of the different types over the last few years

5/ 5

I've never had a bad massage here and have tried most of the different types over the last few years. Today I had the best massage I've ever had - 90 minute hot stone massage with Nicki. Worth every penny. Wish I could afford it every week!
