By far the best GP surgery I've ever used. I work in care too so have to access different surgeries at work. This one makes the others seem inadequate. Its efficient, friendly and clean. Well done guys. Dr Brewster is a really excellent GP and Tina in physio is impressive too.

Only just joined but can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable with a doctors surgery. The receptionists are absolutely lovely. My doctor is fantastic. I recommend them to everyone unless it means i can't get an appointment.

Update to reflect last visit, felt that the staff was overworked, and there was enourmous queues, should probably hire another receptionist. Trying to schedule appointments is an herculean task with lead times around two weeks. Not impressed.

I recently joined this surgery and have been really impressed by the receptionists and the GP I spoke to. They managed to process my registration very quickly and the receptionists I spoke to were lovely and very helpful in trying to schedule a fairly urgent appointment for me. The GP I spoke to was also very helpful and supportive.

I have been let down by this surgery on several occasions. I raised an official complaint according to their complaint procedure in August up to now I haven’t received any reply. I escalated it to an ombudsman with the hope that their malpractice won’t harm more people and they will be held accountable.

Absolutely shocking surgery. ( I question if it's even a surgery at all with the lack of patients they're willing to see!) Unable to access them by either phone or via the online services. Avoid using this surgery at all costs as they have a duty of care that they are clearing being negligent of!

My doctor herself has always been brilliant but the receptionists are rude. I have just called to get an appt due to an illness that has got worse. No sympathy and couldn't be more blunt if they tried. All I got was 'someone will call you back' then hung up without a goodbye. So, so rude. Balmore really need to get a new reception team in order to meet 5 stars.
