My sisters took me here a few weeks ago for a relaxing Hen weekend the week before I got married. Everything was amazing! The staff were so friendly, and the customer service was excellent! The spa was great, with lots of treatments to choose from. The food was INCREDIBLE. They even upgraded my room. The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful. We all had a fantastic weekend and I will definitely be bringing my new husband here for a lovely trip away 🥰

Another lovely time. A good sign for a place is when you have a problem and how they deal with it... very easy to leave a glowing report when everything has been easy. We had a problem... They fixed it graciously. 5 stars... food amazing... pool lovely... whole environment very relaxing... room clean quiet with a comfortable bed and a great sleep... I'll be back!

Booked a room and Bespoke massage for weekend to relax and to enjoy the spa facilities after a long busy month at work. From the moment we checked in, everything was perfect, friendly staff, nice and clean room. The spa staff was very helpful and very skilled. After massage I felt like a new born baby. Thanks Claudia for your great massage I hope I got your name right. Only a small problem with finding a empty parking space.

Afternoon tea was a relaxing affair with attentive staff. We were under the marquee with plastic frontage but we'll ventilated. Sandwiches, scones, and cakes in pleasant proportions, the custard tart was exquisite. Tea was topped up as requested. Nice to have China teapot that poured correctly! Nice.
