I can’t give zero stars, 2 of my parcels were not delivered and never left this shop. I see from another review, this isn’t the first time. Something dodgy going on with a member of staff here. Avoid!

This place has one aspect going for it, it's customer service is consistently bad. Rude and unhelpful staff. I expect to hear at least one of the following when using any services; hello, please, thank you and goodbye I heard none of them. However they were given all from me. Only 2 stars because my package got to it's destination. my only regret is forgetting how rude the were.

One star - I think they maybe managed to send my parcel. As per previous revews, this customer service here is shocking. Gruff and brusque gentlemen throws receipts at you. Far from helpful. If the Post Office is toiling because of reduced customer numbers, they should take a long hard look at places like this. They do nothing for the once high esteem in which the PO was held. Won't be using this place again.
